This role is central to building the commercial engine required to achieve the company’s ambitious revenue targets.

Purpose of the Role

Lead and execute the marketing, product management, and commercial enablement functions across all four of Ejad Tech’s commercial domains. This role is responsible for fixing and structuring the go-to-market for existing business lines while simultaneously building the commercial engine for new scalable SaaS and as-a-Service offerings. The Senior Director acts as the VP Commercial’s primary execution arm for all non-sales commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Demand Generation (All Domains)

  • Lead integrated marketing strategy across consulting, technology, innovation, and partnerships
  • Drive demand generation through digital campaigns, events, content marketing, and ABM
  • Own corporate brand positioning, PR, communications, and thought leadership
  • Build a scalable content engine including case studies, whitepapers, success stories, and market insights

Product Management (Technology & Innovation)

  • Own the full product lifecycle for Ejad’s IP solutions and new SaaS/aaS offerings
  • Define product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release planning in coordination with IT/Engineering
  • Design as-a-Service models with clear value propositions, pricing tiers, and packaging
  • Manage competitive positioning and product GTM collateral

Commercial Structure & Sales Enablement (Consulting, Technology & Partnerships)

  • Standardize service catalog structuring, tiered packaging, and pricing governance
  • Build a proposal factory including templates, RFP response frameworks, and faster turnaround
  • Develop sales enablement tools: battlecards, solution briefs, objection handling guides, and training materials
  • Support pipeline discipline and commercial consistency in coordination with sales leadership

Partnerships & Channel Management

  • Manage strategic partnerships under Ejad’s 50/50 IP co-ownership model
  • Develop joint GTM programs, co-selling motions, and partner enablement materials
  • Coordinate partner pipeline and governance cadence

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership, marketing, or product management within technology, consulting, or managed services organizations
  • Proven track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies across both services and product/SaaS businesses
  • Experience structuring commercial operations in high-growth or transformation environments, including service catalog design, pricing governance, and sales process optimization
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi government and enterprise market, including digital transformation programs and regulatory frameworks (e.g., DGA Qiyas, NCA, SDAIA)
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams across marketing, product management, and partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with IT/Engineering on product development while maintaining commercial accountability
  • Experience in partner and channel management, including joint GTM execution and IP co-ownership models
  • Track record of building marketing-sourced pipeline with measurable revenue attribution
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills in both Arabic and English

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Saudi government digital transformation consulting, managed services, or technology IP commercialization
  • Background in launching SaaS or as-a-Service products in the MENA region
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, RFP processes, and government procurement frameworks
  • Experience working within or alongside telecom-affiliated organizations
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue economics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV)
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
