This is a full-time hybrid role based in Giza, with flexibility for some work-from-home days, for an *Odoo Team Leader*. The role involves leading and managing the Odoo development team, overseeing ERP development and implementation projects, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and timely deliverables.
The Odoo Team Leader will be responsible for guiding developers, reviewing technical solutions and code, managing development tasks, and ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements. The role also involves developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules, integrations, and business solutions while providing technical support and mentoring to team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Odoo development team.
- Plan, assign, and monitor development tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee the development, customization, and implementation of Odoo solutions.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Design and develop custom Odoo modules and integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and quality of Odoo solutions.
- Support team members in solving complex technical challenges.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and project planning.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular technical guidance and feedback.
