EjadTech is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery meets client requirements, contractual commitments, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
You will coordinate project teams and resources, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and oversee project risks, costs, documentation, and reporting. This role requires strong leadership, sound technical understanding, and the ability to turn project plans into measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments to secure the resources required for successful delivery.
- Serve as the main client contact, clarify requirements, manage expectations, and address project concerns.
- Identify stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the project.
- Lead project teams, provide guidance, evaluate performance, and support collaboration across functions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Identify and assess risks, implement mitigation plans, and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders and management.
- Manage contractual commitments and document agreed changes to scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Monitor project costs and control expenditure against the approved budget.
- Prepare project payment schedules and obtain company and client approval.
- Prepare progress payment applications and completion certificates in line with the approved payment schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of project requirements, decisions, and stakeholder correspondence.
- Provide regular progress and financial reports to clients and company management.
- Prepare final project reports and recommend improvements for future delivery.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Strong technical understanding of software development and related tools.
- Experience managing project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and contractual commitments.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or a recognized Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience delivering digital transformation projects for government or enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Odoo.
- Experience with change management and digital solution adoption.
- Experience managing projects involving multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
