EjadTech is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and help shape digital solutions within an Agile environment.
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to define solution requirements, prioritize the project backlog, and maintain alignment between business objectives and product delivery. The role also involves managing requirement changes, coordinating project activities, and improving business analysis practices.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
- Analyze and document requirements using user stories, use cases, and functional diagrams.
- Contribute to defining the solution vision and aligning it with business needs.
- Maintain and prioritize the project backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Ensure requirements are clear, consistent, and effectively communicated to development teams.
- Participate in daily Scrum meetings and clarify task requirements and priorities.
- Resolve requirement questions and ambiguities during development to support smooth delivery.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and product status.
- Manage change requests and maintain accurate documentation and traceability.
- Improve business analysis and product management processes within the Agile framework.
- Coordinate project timelines with the team and client, and follow up on agreed activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support project execution.
- Organize requirements workshops and review sessions.
- Prepare weekly or monthly progress reports as required.
- Share knowledge, provide training, and support team members in applying current methodologies and best practices.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and product management, including experience in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, modeling use cases, and creating functional diagrams.
- Experience managing and prioritizing requirements and handling change requests.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to support decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically and make timely, informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on-site in Syria.
Nice to have
- Experience managing products or solutions similar to EjadTech’s offerings.
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or a recognized Product Owner certification.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Odoo.
- Experience in business process modeling using BPMN or UML.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and validating solutions against business requirements.
